Who am I? Well I’m an entrepreneur, wife, and mother of two beautiful daughters, ages 4 and 3 mos! I’m extremely busy with my businesses and the girls and as you can imagine, raising children is NOT cheap. But putting the kids aside, just buying everyday essentials and groceries is NOT cheap either. With rising prices, a slow economy, hubby’s hours being cut, my reduced hours working on my businesses…well there just had to be a better (and cheaper) way to get what we needed.
So after a few months of doign some research and finding the best deals coupled with couponing, I finally got it down! I consistently save anywhere between 45% and 90% (to date) on purchases. And better yet, I’m not just buying week to week anymore with the cupboards being completely bare by Friday! My pantry is stocked! And my cabinet in my garage, my bathrom cabinets, my laundry room cabinets…you get the picture.
Now the only caveat in my research is this…most other sites I find that are advertising national store chains’ prices and coupon scenarios are a little off for those of us living down here in the heart of Mississippi. I live in the Jackson area so those sites giving the scoop on Target, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, etc. just don’t correlate with our prices. So essentially I’m doing the leg work for you!
